I have always been drawn to sunflowers. I enjoyed painting these more than any other painting I have worked on for quite a while. Think I may stick with this subject matter for a while.

Green and Red Apples

The last month or so snuck on on me and I realized I had not posted anything.  Although most of my paintings currently in progress are Flemish Technique (somewhat), I stole a couple hours the other day to get back to my alla prima roots. These were two apples that were lying around the house.
